The Topsky RSGZLJXB is an explosion-proof autonomous inspection robot engineered for patrol and monitoring in environments with toxic, hazardous, or potentially explosive atmospheres. The entire machine is built to explosion-proof design standards, with the chassis rated to ExdIIBT4Gb—a certified classification for use in areas with the presence of flammable gases and dusts encountered in petrochemical, mining, and industrial processing sites. Equipped with a large array of toxic and harmful gas detection sensors, the platform can identify hazardous atmosphere conditions in real time as it autonomously completes scheduled patrol tasks without manual intervention, reducing the exposure of personnel to contaminated or dangerous environments. A top speed of 1.8 m/s and a climbing ability of up to 30° allow the robot to cover outdoor and indoor industrial terrain efficiently across a full inspection shift.

The RSGZLJXB connects to a robot networked cloud platform that provides operators and supervisors with real-time status information including the robot's position, battery level, audio and video feeds, and gas environment detection data. This cloud integration enables centrally managed inspection programmes across large or multi-site industrial facilities, where consistent monitoring data and auditable patrol records are operational priorities. With a load capacity of at least 200 kg, a 4-hour endurance rating, and a vehicle weight of no more than 650 kg, the RSGZLJXB is a purpose-built platform for high-stakes environments where automated inspection replaces repeated personnel entry into hazardous zones.
