The PUDU T300 Lifting is an industrial AMR designed to automate rack-based internal logistics—recognizing a compatible wheeled rack, docking beneath it, lifting it, transporting it, and setting it down with minimal human intervention. This dock-lift-move-drop workflow is intended to replace the repetitive manual push-and-pull of wheeled racks in factories, warehouses, and large back-of-house environments, increasing throughput on routes where goods are already staged on standard or dedicated PUDU lifting racks. The lifting configuration weighs approximately 81 kg and pairs with racks dimensioned 900 × 660 × 308 mm, requiring a bottom clearance zone of 120–210 mm and achieving ±10 mm docking accuracy for consistent pick-up cycles.

The platform uses Visual SLAM and LiDAR SLAM for marker-free navigation, which supports faster redeployment when facility layouts change—a meaningful advantage over traditional fixed-guide AGVs. A 10.1-inch touchscreen, intent-signal lighting, and audible alerts help staff in shared aisles interpret robot intent when the robot is carrying tall or heavy racks. Underpinned by an ISO 3691-4-aligned safety stack with LiDAR, depth cameras, collision sensing, and emergency stops, the T300 Lifting platform supports a 300 kg maximum platform payload, up to 1.2 m/s travel speed, 12-hour no-load runtime, and a 2-hour charge cycle (0–90%).
