The Topsky ZYPS-192 is a tracked, explosion-proof dewatering robot designed specifically for mine flood rescue and emergency drainage in hazardous industrial environments. Combining a self-propelled crawler chassis with a hydraulically driven platform and an externally powered drainage pump, the ZYPS-192 enables long-duration, uninterrupted pumping at distances and depths that would be dangerous or impractical for manually positioned equipment. The crawler chassis delivers a traction force of ≥ 35 kN and can climb grades up to 25°, travelling continuously over 2,000 m under its own power to reach optimal intake positions in flooded shafts or underground workings. Remote wireless control keeps responders at a safe standoff distance, and the robot's submersion-capable design allows it to be driven directly into deep-water zones — eliminating repeated repositioning of equipment and accelerating on-site dewatering time.

The integrated drainage pump achieves a flow rate of 400 m³/h at heads up to 150 m, enabling rapid high-volume water removal with long vertical or horizontal discharge runs — critical when water must be lifted out of deep mine workings or conveyed over extended distances. Powered by an external supply, the pump can run continuously without depleting onboard batteries, supporting the extended operational windows that mine-rescue scenarios demand. An onboard hydraulic output interface (30 L/min at 14 MPa) can drive auxiliary equipment, and the full platform is positioned for explosive-atmosphere environments, reducing ignition risk in classified areas while maximising the operational reach of rescue teams.
