The OrionStar CarryBot is an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) engineered for warehouse and logistics operations, combining AI-powered navigation with a payload capacity of up to 600 kg depending on model configuration. CarryBot uses Laser SLAM combined with vision fusion for infrastructure-free navigation: it builds its own map on first deployment and adapts automatically as facility layouts change, eliminating the need for floor markers, reflectors, or pre-installed guidance infrastructure. Dynamic obstacle avoidance is handled by 360-degree LiDAR combined with depth cameras, enabling the robot to reroute around human workers and obstacles in real time while maintaining a loaded speed of up to 1.5 m/s. A fleet management platform provides a centralized dashboard for simultaneous monitoring and coordination of multi-robot deployments.

CarryBot handles a broad range of warehouse tasks on a single platform — order picking, parcel delivery, returns processing, and restocking — reducing the need for task-specific hardware. Auto-docking fast charging restores the battery in under two hours, supporting up to 12 hours of continuous operation per charge for around-the-clock fleet availability. Integration with existing warehouse management systems is handled through REST API and standard WMS/ERP connectors, with compatibility covering common platforms and the ability to build custom connections. The robot meets CE, FCC, and UL safety certifications, carries an IP54 dust and splash resistance rating, and operates across a 0°C to 45°C temperature range, supporting deployment in a wide range of facility types worldwide.
