Description
The Geek+ RS Air is the quickest robot Geek+ lists, holding 4 m/s with or without a 40 kg tote. Where the DA shuttles trade speed for reach, the RS Air is built the other way round.
Its mast height is not fixed. The chassis is quoted as 1400 x 870 mm with the vertical dimension customised to the racking it will serve, so the machine is specified against an existing installation rather than the installation being built around the machine. Minimum aisle width is 1015 mm and the lift cycle takes ten seconds.
That configurability is the reason it is quoted rather than catalogued: two RS Air fleets in different buildings may not share a single vertical dimension. Rack height, aisle width and tote format all need to be on the table before a configuration is fixed.

Frequently Asked Questions
A high-speed rack shuttle that moves totes within narrow-aisle racking, with a mast height configured to the installation.
The mast is customised to the racking it serves, so the height is set at configuration rather than published as a fixed figure. Confirm the reach you need at quotation.
4 m/s both loaded and unloaded, making it the fastest robot Geek+ offers.
A minimum aisle width of 1015 mm.
Because the mast is built to the racking. Rack height, aisle width and tote format are agreed first, and the configuration and price follow from them.
